Singapore 2010 Butterflies (Papillons, Mariposa, Schmetterling)

Released on 21 April 2010, these 4 stamps feature butterflies: 1st Local - Common Birdwing (Troides helena cerberus), 80c - Tailed Jay (Graphium agamemnon agamemnon), $1.10 - Common Posy (Drupedia ravindra moorel), and $2 - Blue Glassy Tiger (Ideopsis vulgaris macrina). A stamp booklet containing 10 self-adhesive versions of the 1st local was also issued.

2009 Singapore-Indonesia Joint Issue - Tourist Attractions


This was released 28 October 2009, featuring tourist attractions. The 2 Indonesian spots are Singaraja City in Bali and the Beautiful Indonesian Miniature Park (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah). Singaraja City is represented by the Singa Ambara Raja statue, featuring a winged lion grasping an ear of corn. The Miniature Park is featured with an overview, seen from a cable car. The 2 Singapore scenes are found on the Sentosa Island, an integrated tourist spot, one showing the tourism mascot of Singapore, the Merlion, the other a view of the Central Lagoon, with a suspension bridge dividing it; the train is one of the means of transport to access the island from the main land.

A miniature/souvenir sheet was released in this issue, the sheet selvage features a stylised butterfly.
