Singapore-Philippines Joint Issue - Bridges

This joint issue between Singapore and the Philippines, released on 28 August 2009, comprises 4 stamps featuring bridges in the 2 countries. 2 stamps feature bridges from the Philippines, the Bamban Bridge and the Marcelo Fernan Bridge; the other 2 stamps feature bridges from Singapore, the Cavenagh Bridge, and another 2 bridges, the Henderson Waves and the Alexandra Arch on a single stamp.

The Singapore Post issued a miniature sheet with the stamps arranged in a block of 4, and the individual stamps come in sheets of 10. The Philippines Post also issued a miniature sheet with the stamps arranged in a strip of 4, but the stamps are issued in a sheet of 4 x block of 4. The twin first day cover was issued by the Singapore Post.
